Living Inside Out: Becoming a Student of Self
Most human beings (unconsciously) orient to and prioritize the outer (external) world over their inner (internal) one. There are many (many) reasons for this.
Our inner world, while not visible to the eye, is very real – it’s the seat of our unique human experience. The inner world is the world of the self, of subjectivity, of processing, and of the experience of being human.
Our inner worlds are always in reciprocity with our outer ones. Yet, unfortunately, most of us are taught to self-bypass. While billed as virtuous, self-bypass is actually the opposite. To deny our inner world is to deny our co-creative reality. Self-exclusion can lead to looping, biased, and “default” ways of being and doing in the world, and is often the source of our frustration and unhappiness. Over time, self-exclusion creates a very real sense of compression – in our emotions, thoughts, conclusions, and even our embodied experiences.
You exist. And in that truth, is another truth: you are always co-creating, influencing and being influenced.
How are you being influenced? How are you influencing?
Self-inclusion starts with becoming a student of the self. The exploration of (and tending to) ourselves (inclusive of our inner worlds) is perhaps the most pragmatic “work” we can take on.
In this five-week class, participants will explore the nature of the Self, and learn why self-inclusion is so important. We’ll also explore methods and tools for self-relating, and dig deep into the relationship between the consious and sub/unconscious.
This first-ever offering of “Living Inside Out: Becoming a Student of Self” is informed by years of study, research, and experiential learning/practice as well as 2500+ hours of coaching experience and Rachel’s uncommon ways of connecting the dots, teaching, and facilitating.

Neurodiversity & Neurodivergence 101
Biodiversity is incredible relational and systemic intelligence at living work, creating and recreating balance and harmony in sameness and difference, over and over again, through time.
Natural variations in ecosystems, genus, species, and behaviors are an innate part of this intelligence. And us humans, well… we’re not separate from this reality. (We’re very much influenced by and influencing this process!)
Variations in human diversity are both seen and unseen, and those unseen differences live at the very edges of our current collective understanding.
Curious about the nature of neurodiversity and neurodivergence? Meanings and definitions of each? How they’re related, and how they’re distinct?
Neurodiversity & Neurodivergence 101 is a 90-minute class that provides a zoomed-out, comprehensive, and contextual frame to help you navigate the world of labels, diagnoses, and unseen differences.
