Work with me

  • Rachel focuses on exploration, meaning, and identity with clients who have either been assessed/diagnosed or who self-identify as neurodivergent – sensitive, complex, and/or intense.

Offered in the spirit of co-exploration, her approach is somatic, semantic, and socratic, all at once. Topics discussed and explored often include: neurodiversity, full-body intelligence, dis/integration, deconditioning & trauma healing, somatic, emotional, and nervous system meta-awareness, self-inclusion and acceptance, and themes related to existential-physical relationship.

Rachel provides 1:1 sessions as well as workshops and in-person immersions designed to help her clients navigate living meaning and identity.

Rachel uses a combination of cognitive, somatic, and existential approaches, emphasizing meta-awareness, experimentation, and self-exploration.

Rachel works with gifted, multi-exceptional neurodivergent individuals across the globe and has, to date has supported these uncommon humans in their growth to the tune of over 4500 hours of “flight time” logged.

Rachel’s own lived experience of being multiply neurodivergent makes her a great fit for similarly profiled clients - AuDHD, H+ Gifted (special emphasis on exceptional-profound giftedness), with additional processing curiosities such as PDA, aphantasia, synesthesia, and more.

  • The neurodiversity paradigm offers us a new way of understanding human intelligence. Human intelligence as process, not outcome, the function of physiology, common, different, and distinct in each of the eight billion humans on the plant.

  • Existential, as in where the meta (self-referential) and meaning meet.

All humans are curious and wired to explore – the drive to learn is literally written into our sapien neurobiology. Yet in a reductionist paradigm where we are taught to hold certainty as currency, many of us may deem learning and the exploration of meaning, matter, identification, and belief as navel-gazing.

Yet our whole bodies are living learning – more than logic, more than Cartesian, more than proving and having right answers, more than single-pointed attribution.

Humans are living LLMs with whole realms of non-verbal intelligence that live beneath the “language interface.”

    Meaning underpins matter underpins
the very schemas that live within us about reality, humaning, and “how the world works.” Re-learning learning, and learning about what we have learned… this is where certainty ends and exploration of everything begins.

Existential health (a term I use often) is a very real domain of human health. Simply put, meaning drives – and meaning lives in our sub and unconscious, our somatic intelligence, our tissues.

We can learn to access this meaning.

Rachel offers one-on-one sessions and group/team workshops for curious, existentially oriented humans. These spaces are both designed and emergent, and are intended to explore how we create meaning, as well as the definitions and meanings that animate our beliefs, emotions, thoughts, and actions related to specific themes or topics.

  • Rachel is uniquely skilled at breathing new life into meaning, identity (brand), and communications at the organizational, relational, architectural, and product/service levels.

With over fifteen years of experience in brand, marketing, communications, community and strategy (tech, startup, private equity, Fortune 500, and more) she’s an uncommon and uniquely skilled thought partner.

Her insightful, agile, and truly holistic approach to consulting makes her an excellent fit for exceptional organizations, those that truly understand the power and living nature of meaning, identity and creativity and their role in whole-business growth and maturation.

Book

We should talk if you / your organization are:

  • navigating increasingly complex personal, professional, or market landscapes

  • looking to create clarity – you’d love someone who can move with you through multiple contexts and ask “the right questions” that will “get you to bedrock”

  • looking to expand your neuroflexibility; you want to think differently, better, more effectively – less calcification, fewer assumptions, more possibilities

  • looking ahead to your next chapter but aren’t finding the level of thought partnership you crave in existing “best practices” or subject-based expertise/experts

  • seeking expert brand/identity evolution and support

  • a leader with an impact agenda; a founder, partner, executive, or solopreneur keen to reimagine, reinvent, rebrand, or reignite their mission, approach, and identity

  • looking to integrate a functional understanding of neurodiversity for greater organizational effectiveness across the board

  • a Gifted, Exceptional+, Neurodivergent/Neurocomplex human looking to integrate your unseen differences into a holistic, “functional in real-life” way

  • feeling “lost in the sauce;” you’re navigating personal metamorphosis, Positive Disintegration, a “midlife crisis” and/or existential dissonance
