Exploring Neurocomplexity - Fall 2024 Group Jam

A new way of seeing – and exploring –

your unique inner world

with Rachel Fell of Method Creative

Neurocomplexity Co-Founder/Co-Author
Gifted and Multi-Exceptional Neurodivergent Coach + Guide

Explore and discuss the twists + turns of existing as a neurodivergent/neurocomplex human with others who truly get it!

New in this cohort *** we’ll be discussing and unpacking NEUROCOMPLEXITY – a new way of seeing and working with neurodivergence… expect some truly insightful and inclusive frames and ways of seeing

Each meeting (aka, jam session) will focus on a specific, inclusive and intersectional topic. Group members will have the opportunity to learn, reflect, express, and connect in relationship to that expanded frame. Here’s what’s on the menu this go-around!

  • Neurodiversity-Neurodivergence-Neurocomplexity Triangle

  • Full-Body Processing & the Nervous System

  • Story-State-Awareness Triangle

  • Trauma, Conditioning, Protection, and Unmasking

  • Self-Inclusion & Self-Attunement

Neurodiversity is Our Portal

Each of us the same, different, and distinct, all at once

This small group offering is created for Neurocomplex beings with these flavors:

  • Self-identifying or clinically diagnosed Autistic/ADHDer individuals

  • Self-identifying or professionally identified Gifted/Neurocomplex individuals

  • Twice-Exceptional (2e) or Multi-exceptional individuals (Gifted + other neurodivergence)

  • Neuroqueer, folks who feel and see beyond convention, oriented to inclusivity and imagination…

Group sessions will meet via Zoom and occur weekly from 7:00pm-8:15pm (Central Time) on Wednesdays beginning October 16th, 2024.

Dates of group: 10.16, 10.23, 10.30, 11.6, 11.13, 11.20

This promises to be a group dynamic full of honesty, levity, depth, and curiosity (and is for you if you’re into going both wide and deep on all sorts of connections).
