  • Rachel is a coach, mentor, and consultant focused on human intelligence, neurodiversity, and existential exploration.

Rachel provides 1:1 sessions as well as workshops and immersions designed to help her clients navigate living meaning and identity.

Rachel uses a combination of cognitive, somatic, and existential approaches, emphasizing meta-awareness, experimentation, and self-exploration.

Rachel works with gifted, multi-exceptional neurodivergent individuals across the globe and has, to date has supported these uncommon humans in their growth to the tune of over 4500 hours of “flight time” logged.

Rachel’s own lived experience of being multiply neurodivergent makes her a great fit for similarly profiled clients - AuDHD, H+ Gifted (special emphasis on exceptional-profound giftedness), with additional processing curiosities such as PDA, aphantasia, synesthesia, and more.

Offered in the spirit of co-exploration, her approach is somatic, semantic, and socratic, all at once. Topics discussed and explored often include: full-body intelligence, neurodiversity, positive disintegration, deconditioning & trauma healing, somatic, emotional, and nervous system meta-awareness, and self-inclusion and acceptance.

  • Existential, as in where the meta (self-referential) and meaning meet.

Spiritual, as in our relationship with the unseen, the immaterial, and the unknown touch divinity and become belief.

All humans are curious and wired to explore – the drive to learn is literally written into our sapien neurobiology.

Yet in a reductionist paradigm where we are taught to hold certainty as currency, many of us may deem learning and the exploration of meaning, matter, identification, and belief as superfluous or navel-gazing.

Others may be curious, but are deeply sensitive to dogma and to belief that is held tightly, too close to fear and identity, too rigid to feel and be truly alive, to evolve, to grow.

Learning is more than logic, more than Cartesian, more than proving and having right answers

    Meaning underpins matter underpins
the very schemas that live within us about reality, humaning, and “how the world works.” Re-learning learning, and learning about what we have learned… this is where certainty ends and exploration of everything begins.

Existential health (a term I use often) is a very real domain of human health. Simply put, meaning drives – and meaning lives in our sub and unconscious, our somatic intelligence, our tissues.

We can learn to access this meaning.

Rachel offers one-on-one sessions and group/team workshops for curious, existentially oriented humans. These spaces are both designed and emergent, and are intended to explore how we create meaning, as well as the definitions and meanings that animate our beliefs, emotions, thoughts, and actions related to specific themes or topics.

  • Rachel is uniquely skilled at breathing new life into meaning, identity (brand), and communications at the organizational, relational, architectural, and product/service levels.

With over fifteen years of experience in brand, marketing, communications, community and strategy (tech, startup, private equity, Fortune 500, and more) she’s an uncommon and uniquely skilled thought partner.

Her insightful, agile, and truly holistic approach to consulting makes her an excellent fit for exceptional organizations, those that truly understand the power and living nature of meaning, identity and creativity and their role in growth and maturation.

  • In addition to her work with individuals and organizations, Rachel offers unique and engaging educational workshops and presentations for groups both small and large.

These workshops and presentations are focused on the intersections of redefining intelligence, the nervous system and nervous system awareness, metacognitive skill development, self-leadership and co-creativity, the role of meaning and identification in individual and group dynamics, and more.

Workshops and presentations are tailored to fit the unique needs and intentions of any organization or group.

Rachel is available for facilitation, speaking, and educational engagements either in-person or online by request.

  • Syncretic and meta-thinking by nature, Rachel has always been oriented to unconventional learning.

Her unique approach to learning and development is transcontextual, and always oriented to the connective tissue between disciplines, systems, and meaning.

Not one to throw the baby out with the bathwater, Rachel’s approach centers a way of learning that is both inclusive of and goes beyond reductionist approaches. She has developed and refined a number of meta-models that she employs in all of her work which underpin an overarching approach she calls “holistic inclusion.”

(Her “work - play - exploration” model streamlines this complex idea with great simplicity.)

Rachel is committed to expanding our collective capacity for holding the tension between knowing and unknowing, and believes that inclusive, intersectional, and creative approaches to learning are essential to our survival.

Rachel is building a unique lineage, past into present into future. She honors the following teachers, writers, artists, and thinkers who have shaped, and inspired her work:
